About Us

PlumePerfect Editorial Services is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and owned by Marya Danihel, who is the principal writer, editor, and instructor. At times, Marya calls on highly skilled associates, whose work she oversees personally.

Marya started her writing career as a journalist and publicist. She has been a newspaper copy editor, a staff writer for Business NH magazine, and a contributor to many other business and lifestyle publications. Marya also has written and narrated documentaries and essays for New Hampshire public television and radio.

As a writing instructor and instructional designer for one of the country’s premier training firms, Marya continues to coach writers at Fortune 500 companies.

Marya received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire and her M.A. from Smith College.
